Technical Support
- Manned helpdesk 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday
- On-site technical support available every day (by prior arrangement) 8am to 8pm.
Our manned helpdesk provides technical support in English, Latvian and Russian.
Remote Monitoring
We operate a 24/7/365 monitoring system for clients internet connections, servers and services. With an on-call service, we are able to provide out-of-hours technical support when required.
Constant monitoring of of low hard drive space, high processor usage or high network traffic allows us to identify and resolve problems before a significant incident occurs.
